A one-of-a-kind, therapeutically focused urban retreat for beginners and advanced yoga students, located in the heart of downtown Buffalo.
OWM offers a variety of workshops each month designed to either educate those new to the Yoga Wall or focus on particular muscle groups.
OWM offers 90 minute evening and weekend classes as well as 45-minute lunch classes designed to work around your work schedule.
All OWM Yoga Downtown teachers are certified Wall Yoga instructors and undergo training in body mechanics, fundamentals of Iyenger Yoga and mindfulness meditation.
To provide a beautifully designed yoga sanctuary that utilizes highly trained teachers, a unique Great Yoga Wall system for safe introduction of yoga and a peaceful retreat for stress reduction.
